We are excited to offer a new interest group for Austin Newcomers, Power of the Pen. This class is for people to express their creativity through writing. The host provides a prompt and class members respond in writing. Following this, those who wish can share what they’ve written in this safe, non- judgmental, and non-critical environment. All that is required is a desire to have fun, use your imagination, and express yourself.
The class meets the second and fourth Thursdays of the month from 10AM to Noon. The first class meets on Thursday, September 11, 2025. The class size is limited to 15 and everyone will bring their own writing supplies – paper and pen or iPad/laptop. There is no cost. Class will meet at 14920 Via Del Corso Drive, Bee Cave, 78738.
