All events must be approved by the Interest Group Coordinator.
Please fill out the following for your event each month by the first of the month proceeding the month (January 1 for February events and so on). All information will appear in the Welcome Mat and online calendar. If the person submitting the information is not the chair of that Interest Group, please include contact information for the person submitting the information in case we have any questions.
Note that your submission is not complete until you see the confirmation page after you fill out the form.
