Each year every ANC member/household will have one vote to approve the ANC Board of Directors and Standing Committee as a group for the coming year.
The proposed ANC Board is:
- President: Beverly Tallinger
- 1st VP Membership Director: Gail Wilson
- 2nd VP Luncheon Meeting Director: Mary Smith
- Secretary: Cindy Herda
- Treasurer: Debra Waldrop
- Interest Group Director: Joann Schauf
- Communications Director: Debbie Peterson
- Parliamentarian: (To be appointed by incoming President)
- Member-at- Large: Beth Hernandez (Past President)
- Publicity Coordinator: Pattie Webster-Schieck
- Calendar Coordinator Pam McAndrews
- Nametags Coordinator: Mary Conlon
- Co-Nametags Coordinator: Kerry Lannin
On April 20, 2025, each member will be sent a ballot form electronically to cast one vote with a choice of FOR, AGAINST or ABSTAIN. Each member/household will be given 7 days to vote.
If you are unable to reach your email and internet during that week, you may mail you Proxy Vote indicating Yes, No, or Abstain to Communications@austinnewcomers.com before April 26, 2025. Please include your ANC Member Name as listed in the Directory and your phone number.
On April 27, 2025 The vote will be tallied, and the result and the new Board will be announced and a list with names, titles, alias emails, and phone numbers will be sent out by May 4th.
